1. RETURN POLICY

Custom-Made Items: Since our products are printed on demand and unique to each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," wrong size selection by the customer, or dislike of the design/color ordered.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your gear arrives defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item (wrong design, style, or size), you do not need to return the item. We will take full responsibility by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
2. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer a full refund or a free replacement if your order falls under any of the following criteria:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

The print quality is significantly blurry or poor.

The product received is different from the mockup on our site (wrong design, style, or size).

The order is lost in transit (as verified by the carrier tracking).
How to Request a Refund/Replacement: Please contact the crew within 30 days of receiving your order.

Replacements: Once approved, a new order will be sent to production immediately and shipped at no extra cost.

Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t seen the refund hit your account yet:

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

Contact your bank. There is often a processing delay. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at support@oldschoolgangsta.com.
4. FEES & SHIPPING

Restocking Fee: $0 (No restocking fee).

Return Shipping Cost: Since we don’t require you to send back defective items, there is no return shipping cost for you. In the rare event that a return is authorized by our team for other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
5. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
We move fast! You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the gear is already in production, and we cannot make any changes or cancel the order.
