1. ORDERS & MODIFICATIONS

  • Can I cancel or modify my order? Because every piece at Oldschoolgangsta is printed on demand specifically for you, we move fast to get your gear into production. We allow modifications (size, address) or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. If you need a change, hit us up immediately at support@oldschoolgangsta.com. After the 12-hour mark, the "ink is dry" and your order is already in the works.

  • I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Check your SPAM or Promotions folder first—sometimes our invites to the crew get lost there. If it's still missing, you might have had a typo in your email at checkout. Contact us, and we’ll track it down for you.

  • Can I add items to an existing order? Once an order is locked in, we can’t add more items to it. You’ll need to place a separate "drop" for any additional gear.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll see the final price before you confirm your purchase.

  • When will I get my gear? We take pride in quality, and that takes a bit of time:

    • Processing Time: 1 - 5 business days (Printing, quality check, and packing).

    • Shipping Time (US): 4 - 8 business days.

    • Shipping Time (International): 7 - 21 business days.

    • Note: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order hits the road.

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, Oldschoolgangsta ships worldwide. Please note that international orders might be subject to customs duties or taxes once they arrive in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • My tracking number isn't moving. Don't sweat it. Tracking numbers usually take 3 - 5 business days to update in the carrier’s system (USPS, DHL, etc.) after you receive the notification. If there’s no movement after 5 days, reach out to our support team.


3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Do you accept returns? Since each item is custom-made for you, we generally do not accept returns for "buyer’s remorse" or choosing the wrong size. Pro Tip: Check our Size Chart on the product page twice before you buy once!

  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? We stand by our quality 100%. If your gear arrives defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong design/size, we’ve got you covered. You do not need to return it. Just email a clear photo of the issue to support@oldschoolgangsta.com, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.


4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal for a secure, smooth checkout.

  • Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your data is encrypted, and we never see or store your full credit card details.
